JOURNEY MAP

For Design Thinking class, we worked on teams for various Design Challenges. My team decided to work on How Might We redesign the library printing experience for TCU students to be a more time-productive, efficient and effective process.
One of the tools we used throughout the design thinking process was a Journey Map. It showed the entire process students needed to do in order to print, from them entering the library to finally having their prints on-hand. Here, you can take look at the Journey Map we created to explain the actual printing process.
CREATIVITY
Design Thinking has been one of my favorite courses taken at TCU. The course invites students to learn from hands-on experiences. We learned the whole design thinking process, from the empathy stage to the testing stage. We applied valuable tools such as personas, journey maps, observations, and so on while working on different design challenges. As part of the class, we were asked to publish a blog for the TCU’s Idea Factory. I decided to talk about creativity in the industry. Here you can take a look at part of it.
